A disposable vehicle designed to expand the territory each mission could explore.Life cycle: 3 days
Power: Single use battery
Autonomy: None
ARTEMIS PROGRAM (2017-2030)
A long term mobility platform that can conduct work with or without astronauts day and night.Life cycle: 10 years
Power: Rechargable solar battery
Autonomy: Full AV, Remote Operation, Manual control
LESSONS FROM APOLLO
Apollo taught us what it takes to drive on the Moon:
- design for relentless dust
- build in redundancy
- prioritize suit-friendly ergonomics
- maximize range and mobility
Those lessons now shape the next generation rover for the Artemis era.
MISSION CRITICAL ERGONOMICS
Our front entry layout prioritizes safety and ease of use in extreme environments. The layout can easily flex between human piloted mode and autonomous mode.
